just got this error when i turned on my laptop this morning :/

do i have to replace the battery or can it be fixed?? how much does the battery cost and where can i find one??

thanks
That error means the battery has grown faulty. You can disassemble it, see what kind of batteries are inside it. Some laptop batteries are made of multi smaller batteries that can be replaced. If that is your case, you've gotten off easy. If not, afraid you'll have to replace the whole battery. Hope this helps.
It needs to be replaced, you can get it from Samsung CTC Lebanon. It will cost from 30 to 80 USD (An Average price of a battery is 65$)
However, this can be fixed.
Drain the battery, and place it in a bag, and tape it shut so that no air can get through. Then put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours. After than wait for it to defrost. Now recharge the battery as much as you can and drain it as much as you can. Repeat those last two steps a few times, if it doesn't fix it will make the battery last longer.

Is that actually effective? Freezing is for storage, not for recharging. And it's for a long duration. It probably makes the battery's shelf life longer, as in the rate of deterioration from the moment of manufacturing slower.

Yes it is effective , I've done it with my own Toshiba Satellite L300 battery and it lasts a lot longer then it should.
