AvoK95 wroteNo, the Airport Extreme is not an ADSL modem , or any kind of modem for that mater.
It is a regular everyday router that supports Static IP , DHCP , PPPoE , PPTP , L2TP and possibly Telestra Cable.
So this router has no ADSL input so you can't plug your home/office line to it.
What can you do is : - Get a normal modem and set it up with IDM.
- Plug the cable that comes from the modem to the AirPort Extreme
- Now you need to change your Airport Extremes Local IP Address from 192.168.1.1 to anything else ex. 192.168.5.1
- Now you set up an Automatic DHCP that connects from you modem to the router and then to the internet.(Type your modems IP into the Static DNS box, you IP would usually be 192.168.1.254 (If you are using Thomson or SpeedTouch branded modems))
- Now set up a WPA2 Encripted Password and and SSID then reset the router and the modem.
Thanks Great Help
