Cloud storage is the safest solution (if you chose a good company). You will protect your data not only from hardware failures and electric faults, but also against fire, building collapse, theft, and wars... You will not have to worry about how the data is being stored and maintained, and the best thing is that you can retrieve them from anywhere at anytime.
The problem is that because of the slow and expensive Internet connection we have in Lebanon and the huge amount of data you want to backup, cloud storage is out of subject (you need optic fiber connection to do such a huge backup).
