I called MTC and asked about it...
they said for 3G, MTC have 5 offers whether you use it on phone or on PC, they don't care :)
you just need to buy the USB dongle from MTC or any retailer shop for 30$
the 5 offers like i said are the same ones for phone.
as you can see I tried to fill the form with an estimation of how i use my internet.
a 1G subscription may be enough for me.
The good thing is that 3.9G = 21.6 Mbps

so what do you guys think? should i go for it?
