I am buying HTC Mozart, does it need sim unlock? or jailbreak? Anyway if yes, please list me some details and if I can do it myself. Some step guide would amazing or a recommended place to do it.

where are you going to buy it from ? if it's carrier locked you will need to unlock the sim if no it don't need.

am buying it from a local store, i was searching online and i came across sim unlock and i have no experience with that :S aw if it needs sim unlock where i can do it ? and how will it cosT?

Second of all,, no a phone doesn't need unlocking when it's a original non OEM version. A jailbreak is not something obligatory

if you are buying the phone from a local store it will not be locked,the locked phones come from US or other countries and they are bought from carriers there and brought to Lebanon by users to try unlocking them and using them,as for for the phone in local stores they all come unlocked.and you can use the phone the way it is out of the box without any modification or hacking.
