I've really gotten into my mw3 and I wanna record some gameplay. People generally use an HD PVR which unfortunately I can't find anywhere nearby.

Is there another way I can record gameplay without screen lag?
Is there an HD PVR in lebanon?
Hey man, are you talking about PC ?! if yes, you can use Fraps.

If you are talking about Console, (PS3,Xbox) you should have done some more research in the forum before posting a new topic. Thus i myself opened a topic http://www.lebgeeks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=10546 about this , and never actually got a solution for it.

EDIT: saw the topic. Koussa23 found some hardware solutions. The question is: is such hardware available in Lebanon? We're talking about TV recording stuff like Hauppauge's epic TV tuners.
for mw3 on ps3 (Might be also on xbox360) is the vault which you see in the multi-player section before you enter. you can share it with your online friends not sure if you can export it to video
check and see
your best bet is the HD PVR ... all other things will give you lag
