Hey charbel02468, from experience, you will get a lot more answers if you give us more details about the offer. I understand you may want to be secretive about your project, and certain things like salaries are not defined, but there's a lot we could know.
Where is the office? Can we work remotely? What are the technologies you're looking for? Are you looking for someone to join a team, or a one-man project?
The more you say, the more people will be motivated to answer.
Also it's great to see a job offer that encourages fresh grads. It's a refreshing change from the usual '2 years experience required' nonsense.
