I have used one . The touch pad is just garbage , it has a little delay and the PC runs hot.
Also 620$ is not cheap for an AMD CPU, especially since the CPU is the new A-Series (Which is cheaper)
Let me also mention that the HP Pavilion g6-1230ee comes in pink

If you're aiming for low-end /mid-range gaming, AMD's APUs do the job rather well. If you're aiming for upper-midrange gaming, then you need to take a look at high performance laptops / desktops. Saying that one brand x is not good for a very wide standard y doesn't work.
Nvidia may best AMD (even if by a bit) in the Desktop area, but in laptops, they are very close competitors. Have you seen AMD's 6990M and Nvidia's GTX 580M?
Also, the GT, GTS, and GTX suffixes are worthless if comparing graphics card from different series and architectures. If a whole new architecture is introduced with >= 50% performance boost, the old GTX would probably become the new GTS.
