I made one myself
Just get a 300K resistor from Boujukian and a usb cable
and weld it like this :

Don't weld it while it's connected to your phone.
Also here is a tutorial of making it.
Before you try this try unrooting your phone, sometimes it helps.
in fact you don't need to solder the resistor just turn of the phone, take out the battery for 10 sec, install the battery, insert the micro-usb and let the legs of the resistor touch pin 4 and 5 for 2 seconds and your phone will start.

Khanem so all i need is a Micro USB and the resistor.. that sounds doable enough

P.S is there any chance of it screwing the set?
btw i only need it to reset the custom kernel counter in the Download mode, you know in case i need to claim warranty etc
