Changing SG S II battery

now the link above is of someone selling a battery having the same dimension of the one found in samsung galaxy s2 but packing more juice(2460 mAh)
is it safe? is their any catch?

Looks really cheap , I wouldn't recommend it.
You should go check CTC (Samsung Dealer) if you want an extended battery.
