When starting a game like red alert , my cousin can't see my friend and i cant see them both and they see me, how to fix it?

when we play red alert 2 in game ranger, i am the host, i click start then the game starts, but in the place where we change our team, he can't see him and can't see his message in the chat board. And in midtown madness 2, he can't see him, he sees an invisible car and can't see his messages.
