hi my Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2 Gamepad isnt vibrating even when pressing the vibration feedback button on my controller, it wont vibrate from the control panel ,game or any software it use to work fine i don't know what happened to it plz help me fix this .

If you recently changed the connection between the controller and PC, try connecting it to the back of the pc(even if everything else in the controller is working fine, connecting it through a hub may render only the vibrating dysfunctional). If not, than I'm afraid the vibrating motor inside may have failed or some other hardware problem has occurred.

it cant be the motor its barely 2 months old and i barley use it ...

So I understand that it is connected to the back of the pc?
If it's only 2 month old, don't you have a warranty? Maybe it's a hardware fault that just took sometime to manifest.
If you don't have a warranty, try to take it apart yourself and check for small things, like wires or anything from that sort.
