samer You can also stream music inside your house by using the Airport Express router by Apple. You can hook up a jack directly from the Airport to your speakers or get AirPlay compatible speakers. More information: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4325
mezin There is even software you can download for your mac (not sure about pc it's possible) to transform your PC into an airplay device as well
ranibalaa I wouldn't advise it. I have one. the apple tv is great. but you have to jailbreak it. Not in the sense of apps, but for xbmc and navi-x so you can stream movies. I use it but its really slow sometimes especially since its HD quality streaming and Apple recommends 6 mbps .
