Also, will the Kingston DDR3-1333 (2x4GB) work on my motherboard? It's a dual channel memory architecture.

Yes it will work just fine, it doesn't matter if you have a dual channel kit.

I'm kinda worried about the ROG Store, is it a company or a one man show? I am to make a down payment but what guarantees do I have that he's legitimate? Even if he is, after I get the parts, if one of them fails, the person could disappear (If there is no company) and my warranty would basically be void..

What should I do?

The guys name is Tarek , I know him and if you have any trouble with him I'll be glad to do anything you want :)
His warranty is so legit that, if a product fails he will give a new one directly. Furthermore, he is the Asus dealer of Lebanon, anything related with Asus you just tell him and he will ship it to you.
ROG stands for Republic Of Gamers (One of Asus's slogans) , He is currently relocating his shop somewhere in Ashrafieh and will reopen in a few weeks, I am going to help him with the grand reopening of his store.
So he is very trustworthy and I'll that the responsibility if anything goes wrong :)

Yes gipoy, I am too a close contact of the store owner, and trust me, he is VERY careful about customer support, warranties, etc... and as Avo said, he is the ASUS dealer in Lebanon. He's certainly legit. Once you get a part from him, he can install it, test it, set fan profiles, etc... so don't worry.

Nice guy as well .. havn't even met him and he seems so trustworthy - not to mention he's really passionate about his tech.

... the prices (with SOME products) are a bit expensive but it's the only place to get them in such a country

I havn't yet bought anything from him, but maybe in the near future i will be buying some things from that place for sure.

While it is most likely a legitimate store with a trustworthy owner, there are complications, you guys know Tarek, I don't.

For example(Extreme case here), one of the posters above could be Tarek himself (Note: Extreme case, giving an example), while I personally think he is legitimate, there's always a risk because there is no company that I could consult in case something dramatic occurs; especially when I am giving a down payment with no guarantee or anything..

Convince me please,I want to buy those parts, the owner seems like a cool person, it's nothing personal towards him but then again, there is a risk.
