Why do you need them to be battery powered? Get a UPS for your router =)
Longer Life... Inexpensive, durability. UPS alternative.
Even a cheaper way.
Get a 12V transformer and a 12V battery, connect the battery to the transformer and connect the other end to any router.

Then your only choice is a UPS, they cost from 30 to 40$
