[Want To Buy] Used Desktop

I am looking for a used desktop (no monitor or keyboard/mouse - only the box) mainly for web browsing to one family member.

All I need is something that opens a web browser and runs the usual MSN, Skype etc.

Something along the lines of a P4 3.0Ghz 1/2 GB DDR ram and whatever hard disk.

I know there are advertisement in the used section of PCandParts but I trust I can find some working old stuff here from one of the geeks.

If the system is susceptible for BSODs, crashes, random restarts etc... I kindly ask you not to post about it.

The budget is along the line of what you see on PCandParts.
