Help with my rear exhaust fan

I set my fans to low speed because of noise,all of them are good and running slow now except my rear fan.
I tried lowering it from my BIOS, I used SpeedFan but nothing budges it.
It's all full 2700RPM speed and very annoying.
It's connected to my motherboard to the Rear_Fan connector and only on that connector it's not controllable and I don't want to change to connector since I don't got a place for it.
I don't want to mod it with a diod
Any suggestions ?

How about wiring it in parallel to another fan that is controllable? I did that on my computer - had a similar problem. There are 3 cables on each fan, 2 of them are for power and one for speed reading. I connected the two power cables to the those of another fan in the case.

I want to solve the problem with the current connector , I want my REAR_FAN connector to be adjustable, I don't want to connect it to another connector or do any other modification.

Your BIOS should contain that option. At least I can do that on my board.

As I said in the description I tried to lower the speed from my BIOS but it only effects the front fan not the rear fan.
I also switched the fans with the front fan , and the problem wasn't solved which implies that the problem is not from the fan , it's from the system.

It's either the MOBO itself, or the BIOS. Try an older BIOS, if all gave you the same, then I guess there's something wrong with the board. Contact Intel support.

My CPU is always between 20/35 degrees
My Graphics card doesn't even reach to 40 degrees
And I sense no heat.

Then remove it, 0db is usually quieter.

If it's the board I'm going to leave it as is , since I may upgrade to 2600k in a few months.

When I game it's needed to get the warm air outside.
Also, I got a heat sink on top of the connector.

Just try to hear it, lower the speed and try to compare if there's any change in the dbs.

I am lowering the speed but it's not effecting anything on the fan.

I think this is a dead end, modding it is the only way to go then :S .
