Yes, water passed through the cable from the roof to my house.
Well everything is running normally but may it be dangerous?

Wires carrying electric signals + water = nono. But ethernet cables are multiple wires bundled into a single wire. As long as these small wires are not fractured, then it's not dangerous. But it's advisable to replace these cables or remove the water. You will have network errors and possibly a network card malfunction or defect.

it might be, if water is reaching your wifi unit or modem, better to get it fixed.

I see, thanks for your advices.
I am thinking of cutting the cable on the balcony, placing a switch in vertical position (to prevent water from arriving to the device) and use another cable to plug it in my wifi-router inside the house.

You should remove the cable from your PC/Modem/Router and get the water out, and then use electrical tape to seal the holes.
When water enters the cable it will stay in there and if the UTP wires are metal (which most ISPs use) will possibly get rusted and may cause problems in the future.
So if you don't do anything now, you will have to pay a few hundred to get the cable replaced in the future.

I had the same issue few years ago, my router LAN port was messed up, all rusty.
