Katranji on Jnah next to ER gate of Hariri Hospital. There's the Rubicon set which is around 30,000 L.L and is very good, but there's also the chinese brand which is less than half the price. If you find both brands expensive, then head to Karout on Jamous street (use bus number 4 to get there) you'll find a set that's even cheaper but less sturdy (if it's a one time thing then go for the cheapest; if you want to use them regularly for other reasons go fo the good quality).

I highly doubt it, the precision screwdrivers always come in sets. But you can try Karout to see if it comes solo. Besides, at Karout, the set won't cost more than 5,000 L.L.

I already brought the subject a month ago and I found the screwdriver for my Iphone 4 @ Kataranji and costed me 10$... After going to Karrout all of his screw drivers comes in set... And you might hardly find the 00 Phillips driver. Anyhow good luck...
