Hi guys,
As you all know, the new DSL plans are all limited. I am a heavy internet user and want a software that sets a limit in my PC so that for example : I use 300MB a day.
Is there some kind of software like this or at least something that shows how much quota I'm using ?
networx is a good program .
there should be quota control in your router, internet gets cut off when you exceed the quota

Nice suggestion, I'll check it out right away.

Found nothing.
@Georges, your software looks good but I would prefer to try md1-s suggestion since it's free.
But I would really prefer something that puts a daily limit.
The excess use is not that much anyway. I went 8gb over the limit and it was around 20,000LL i think
On that note, I need help. We are 5 people (the family) using 1 internet connection. So when we consume our WISE prepaid plan in less than a month, all sorts of arguments are flying on who consumed what.

Is there any recommended program that lets me view and control (more imp view) how much each pc connected to the wifi router is consuming?

Thanx in advance
you could install a central proxy server (I think it is too complicated) or another way of doing it is to install in each pc networx (or any other data controlling app) and dividing the amount of quota that you have assigned to each user.
There must another way, yet I am not aware of it, sorry.

That's Ogero.
For private ISPs 1GB= 4$

Check this: http://addgadget.com/
I love all their meters: CPU, GPU (New), HDD, Battery and of course Network meter. The last shows how much you consumed since you started the PC + on the right a total of the consumption for the whole.. well until you reset the stats, I reset every month.

Try'em all, they're really helpful and give your desktop an advanced monitoring look :) .

Edit:No Avo, I think he meant 120000 (1GB=10$), cause I'm using ogero, and 1GB=4.4$ (TVA included).

Yeah I know, the latest 6.4 and up versions didn't work for me :S , I'm still on the 6.3, and I don't see a reason to update it, it's working very good for me.
I won't be able to rist anymore MBs to try another version, I have absolutely trying to download NOTHING at all, I got only 2.3gigs left for another 13 days.
