I say, you start thinking of changing jobs, every time a more interesting opportunity arises.
Hmmm... I'm actually happy at my work-place. The pay is not good at all, but the work environment is pretty good. I've received 5 job opportunities ever since I got employed (4-months period) but I turned all of them down because I'm happy at my current job. But I might seriously consider leaving for a better offer if I did not get a raise within the next two months. To be honest, I still do not know how to handle that, should I give the administration a notice first or just grab some good deal and tell them that I'm gone?
