hey guys, i have a friend who got an iphone 4 he upgraded to ios5 but turbo sim is not working on that version, is it possible to downgrade it back? he has no SHSH blogs or whatever, or could the problem be from the turbo sim itself?

I think that even if he has no SHSH blobs saved, The 4.1 blobs are saved automatically.
Iam not sure from wich version he upgraded. Is shsh blovs unique for each device? And if they are saved automaticly can i use tiny umbrella to restore?
If he updated using ITUNES he now is a proud owner of a IPOD Touch, because it upgraded is Base-band, if you can ask him find out his base-band one can find out for sure.
As d3ad said, he most probably ruined his iphone for now. Even if he managed to downgrade (which is impossible without SHSH), his baseband will remain unlockable.

There is no current unlock solution for this firmware. You must wait for one.
so modem firmware cant be downgraded witout SHSH blobs or cant be downgraded at all? even if i use a customized version
