Facetime activation problem

I am with MTC and it works fine

Had the same problem 2 weeks ago and managed to solve it using what I have:

An Iphone 4
Jailbroken
Ios 4.3.3 (I think it doesn't matter)
I have iFile installe (file manager)
Wifi
factory unlocked.
Alfa prepaid (doesn't matter)

Method of solving " facetime stuck on waiting for activation":

The "com.apple.imagent.plist" that control Facetime app the file location is inside : System/Library/LaunchDaemons i open this file using iFile , and compare to the file of Facetime Beta in My iMac then i found that this line was not supposedly there :

<key>DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIED</key>
<string>/Library/MobileSubtsrate/MobileSubstrate.dylib</string>

Quote: i remove this above lines, Save the thing, and reboot my phone!

Then retry activating facetime. ( If successful activated it will stay "On" and display this: "Your phone number will be shared with people you call with Facetime"!

Its working GREAT here!
