Desktop customization.

I will start using rainmeter to edit my desktop, but can rainmeter transform my windows 7 taskbar into mac taskbar? If not, can you tell me how to make it like mac?
I want it to be like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7t7GL7WIcI But with a start button beside the internet explorer icon, and with out the windows 7 taskbar

I started using rainmeter, I didn't understand nothing. I have downloaded alot of themes and skins but its not working.I would really like to have a desktop like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dbmf0nvW6Iw&feature=related How to we do the circles and put the icons in the circles? I have downloaded this but it shows me the same icons the same skins but can't click on these icons ( these icons are from hes desktop) and i don't know how to edit it so i can put my icons. Plz can some one tell me how to use it?

rocketdock, objectdock. on windows xp i used tp have flyakite osx it is amazing, i makes the whole system look exactly as a mac but i am not sure whether it works on w7.
