mostafa-addam I need to download i driver for my laptop i got its name which is hp G62 but when i search for this name i got around 100 name of this laptop i need to know how to get the product number which was found on the e package of the laptop when i bought it but now its gone can i get some help please. Beej It should be also on the back of your laptop. On a sticker or somthing. You can put the serial of your laptop in HP's website and download the entire driver suit.
Tarek or you can check the device and vendor number in the properties box and check them in www.pcidatabase.com so you can find the model of your device but you will have to look for the driver manually
