i just checked my thomson gateway configuration page and saw something really bad oO
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 1.067
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 13
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 13
I need some help about that :( this has been occurring ever since sodetel upgraded
same here, can't tell if it's before or after the upgrade though...
FEC Errors (Up/Down):	0 / 7.747
CRC Errors (Up/Down):	0 / 0
HEC Errors (Up/Down):	221 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 11.504 / 83.308.250
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 398 / 18
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 14.333 / 2
Well for both "ibxoful" and "Raficoo", you shouldn't worry at all because this number of errors is usual, and you can neglect FEC errors ( it shouldn't be very high usually ). CRC and HEC errors are critical to the connection, but it's usual to have a low number of both on an Interleaved ADSL.

@Paladin; - The number of FEC errors is extremely high, usually because of of a poor line quality, but FEC errors shows the number of corrected errors rather than requiring another channel for retransmitting the data. Also because we are on a Inteleaved line, checksum bits are also sent which will increase the number of error bits we receive. As i said, it's not a huge issue to worry about.
- CRC errors is normal.
- HEC errors is kind of high an it might affect your speed. I think this is because your internet speed is set higher for the line condition.

guess our awesome copper cables cant handle the new speeds
