You can get it at pretty much any hardware shop (those who sell cables, switches, tools, etc.), I bought it at 3000LL last week - the most common one, that is Alteco 3-ton "quick" (yeah right) epoxy. I used it to repair the hinge on my old macbook white. Try to find the one that looks like metal, it is more solid then clear epoxy. Also try the best quality you can get, even if it costs more.
Most of all, you have to mix 50/50 as precise as you can and mix well for like a minute, file and clean the metal before applying glue, apply as much as you can (you'll need to get creative) and let it sit for days before stressing it - if you're patient enough. If you apply too much you can then work it like metal - filing it with sandpaper once it's dry.
