When I put them all together and turned the PC on it quickly turned off by itself in nearly one second after turning on.
I checked if the RAM was put properly and checked the CPU and everything is in its right place and fixed to the motherboard correctly.
I changed my the PSU and put an older one and the same problem persisted.
So guys what do you think is the problem ?
The-MMMs
remove the power cord from the PSU, wait like 20 seconds, and put it back in and try
I had this with my Rig, and then it magically stopped
I highly beileve its some kind of contact issue of the motherboard with the case or somethimg, maybe all the time of me removing the side panel, and changing things "fixed" it
IF problems persist, try an out of case boot - if it works, we can confirm that something in case is going wrong.
Hope this helps - i remember googling about this, and many many solutions/explanations were given, so best of luck

^this.
Try it on the ground, on your carpet. Hook everything up and try to pwer it on.

I had this problem before...AFTER you do what the others above have suggested, if it still doesn't work, then hold the on-board power button for 1-2s or more and see if it boots fully, then remove your finger. And also, I don't recommend you place it on a carpet due to the fact that any accidental friction would cause static buildup, and would put the mobo in danger. If that doesn't work, then try to boot without RAM, or without graphics card, etc...eliminate one by one. Also check the if 8-pin mobo PSU connector (EPS) pins make good contact (check the pegs in the connector).

did you install the stand offs in correct layout ?
did you hook up the 4/8pin CPU 12V power connection?
did you try with one stick of ram?
did you check you power cord ?
did you check your graphics card?
are you using onboard VGA ? because on your previous post you were going to use a gtx560ti which you're PSU can't handle
what about the sata power connections?
check EVERY cable and make sure it has been connected properly
and also try ,
removing the CMOS(motherboard battery) and the power cord from the wall and wait about 5min and hook it back and see if it's running
and also
did you install the cpu correctly ?

It could be alot of reasons, CPU wrongly placed, rams are not compatible with your motherboard (happened with me before), motherboard bricked, psu bricked or it doesnt deliver the needed power for the whole rig, and many more.
If you dont know how to fix it, take it to a near pc shop.

pessimistic^.
But well said take it to pc shop, if the problem persists, try to troubleshoot the problem and rma the part.

Does it boot without RAM, maybe?
Normally if there is a problem in the motherboard it will issue some kind of code, beep...
Is the CPU fan running?
