I'm still new here, but I have been reading the forums for quite some time now. :)

I have been working online as a PHP programmer/system administrator for a few years now, and I have started my own business recently.

I need a PHP programmer, who could work with me on an hourly basis. I prefer someone who has an understanding of CMS , Frameworks, and most importantly APIs.
