Ok let's try to organize things:
2Mb Package:
@Aly: thanks for clarification.
Actually when i contacted them by
email and mentioned my 2 Mb plan and you know that knowledgable persons will answer you, i was told ,within the lines, that:
[+@AvoK95
After upgrading to the Company and the speeds to the clients, a 300 ms to 400 ms delay in a shared connection is normal specially in peak time.]
for online applications/gaming you need a fixed IP or upgrade your connection to a higher speed which give you better delay than 350 ms.
What does that mean?
My friend on the same central has 4 Mbps Package with almost all the of the week good latency.
Guys please share with us
your plan and pings so that we know...
AvoK95 wroteAs for the upgrade : Why would they upgrade the connections to a satellite connection if it was going to raise pings?
Sorry i mixed it up. You are right.
Another thing is that along with the word shared account is when the ping was high i used to have like 90KB/s download and others of 2xxKB/s. Additonally, few times when i reconnected and got a low ping, i came back after few hours and find the ping to go high again which overall mean on a satellite + a shared account, right?!
@AVOlio & @bahaa.k even of what they told me, still...you can see @AvoK95 has good pings for 2 Mb plan....
