is the connectivity / online gaming performance affected by whether I activate the online features using the Lebanese or Euro account ?
The game you bought is region 2 which is Europe, this means that whether you use your Lebanese or European account to activate the online pass the game's online services will be provided by the PSN European servers meaning that with both accounts your are connecting to the same server so no it won't make any difference, not that it matters with our grade A internet :P
For the people playing Fifa 12 online, how's it going so far? Especially in terms of latency? I've been played Pes 12 online and i have to say that even with our standard of a good latency i still suffer from tiny bit of lag that really messes up a whole football game, especially when you are trying to do a split second decision.

Is Fifa any better when it comes to online?

I'm getting a lot of spikes during online play ... practically unplayable. Don't know how the hell i'm managing to win most games im playing online.
Just to clear things up, EA's Online Pass (even ME2's Cerebrus Pack) are console locked and NOT region locked. I dont know about the other publishers.

Note: I never tried sharing my downloads (with an online pas included) on another PS3, with the account that downloaded the pass on it.

Hey, a question. What happens if you share an online pass downloaded from your account on another PS3..? Will both of the users (persons) on these ps3's be able to play that game online with the same pass? or the first one will get expired ? can anyone tell me ?

I have a friend in Germany, who has downloaded DLC characters in MK9 ,and he gave me his account name and password,i opened it here, went to his download list and downloaded them, and i have those characters now. he has them too on his ps3,nothing wrong happened to his account/characters there. but this a DLC game addons case, is it the same for Online Passes ???
---()--()--- wroteWhat connection are you on btw, Ruroken ?
Currently, Sodetel 4Mb package.
@AVOlio: What i am sure about is that for EA's Online Passes, it is console locked. For DLCs it is well know that you can share them, up to 5 consoles. I dont know if special cases apply.
guys i just can't get it, i bought my copy from Lebanon and when i try to redeem the ea online pass, it says that the service is not available in your country/region. ( i'm in Romania now )
what is the solution ? should i activate it from Lebanon ?
as for the online gaming, i completed my 2 days trial and the game is SweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeT :)
@MaRsO0o: To download the online pass you must have access to the PlayStation Store and in Lebanon it is not available. So check from the left side of the box for the Zone, it is usually displayed as 1, 2 or 3.

1- North America region
2- Europe and Middle East region
3- Asia region

If you bought the game form Lebanon there is a high possibility of it being a region 2 game, thus you can download the online pass by creating a PSN account to the corresponding region. So UAE, Kuwait, KSA... all will work. Be careful that UK games need a UK PSN account to activate online passes and download DLCs.
thanks Kareem_nasser, i will be trying it now. on the cover it says "3" exactly like the pic.
Is this what you mean ?

which country do you recommend ?
thank you .
Actually you should turn the box 90 degrees to the left and you will see the region with a globe under it.(sorry for the misunderstanding)
By the way that 3 is the content rating system used in the EU region so most probably your game is region 2 as i expected.

Note: PEGI Pan European Game Information
On a side note, ea sports' revenue and net income (taken from Wikipedia):
Revenue: US$4.02 billion (2008)
Net income: US$339 million (2008)
thanks again kareem_nasser, my problem is solved now :) , i've created a UAE PSN account and all went good.
PSN ID: Tiiiiirashrash
lol, couldn't think of anything else at this hour. :D
