Does anyone know where I can buy an MHL adapter? (micro-USB to HDMI)

a few blocks after TSC mega there is a gas station, behind it there is a samsung center maybe there you'd be able to find one
I don't know if you'll find one locally (definitely not available at Katranji nor Radioshack), but if you're willing to orderone on-line, this one from Kanex comes highly recommended:

I have the USB cables where you can plug in USB flash disks in the android phones, but not the MHL. Let me know in a PM if you want it.

Does anyone know a place where I can buy this MHL HDMI micro USB cable for my Nexus 4?!
The screen is completely black/dead and I wanna try to log into it by this method.
