As azife said - risk of ban, i personally got banned back in 2009 after being on Live for around 6 months - me along with some 1.5 million users did lol
I was just online at the wrong time when they started "flagging" xbox's for bans (it happened exactly the day before haloween) i remember Fifa10 flagged my xbox for sure.
It looks like Nino is faster than SCC sources because he downloads the isos and burn them while SCC Lebanon bring its DVDs from syria which is actually burning!

As far as i know - Nino works with some other guy (joint operation) when it comes to his xbox work i.e. flashing and burning of games
He uses Verbatim discs, burns them correctly, and even puts a nice vinyl with a case

As for Metal Gear HD Nino got it yesterday which is already 1 week late compared to the torrent release, SCC didn't even hear about it lol

yeah, its very haphazard, then again you must realize that some releases get nuked or they are bad etc
i remember this happened during assassins creed, i bet you there's still some "bad" copies out there.
