They do the same thing every year at the same period (before Christmas) because they know the heavy loaded games are coming on the coming 3 months!
Till now the mod teams always find a solution, so I have total confidence on them, can't miss max payne 3,gears of war 3, Battlefield 3,Metal gear...

There's only one mod "team" :)

it's more accurate to say they do it before every major dashboard update - it just so happens it's around the release of new fresh popular games.

Anyway, as i said, keep an eye on that above link for the release of LT+ 2.0

i HEAR reports of certain games not working with Samy's these days - but be safe and don't play those games that wipe your drive

i ain't defending Nino but this guy knows his facts - and just for your knowledge you WILL need LT2.0 for samsung drives to enable XGD3 backups to be read

To be quite honest we can't possible know yet :P

all games that are of XGD3 format have been dumped only in a format that JTAG consoles can "understand"

There still hasn't been a disc-based game dump of the game - only when that happens go ahead and try

As for me i didnt buy any new games as it will flash my dvd drive and i will loose my mod, theres a workaround though is to reflash your original firmware (before updating your dashboard) and then install the new update via usb and then reflash the 1.9 firmware, i didnt try this but i've read it somewhere, but anyway ill wait for 2.0 to be on the safe side.

You are absolutely correct

this is usually done to avoid a "flagged" console on Microsoft's side for those who still are on XBL

Although i have told many to just be patient, and keep on eye on www.c4evaspeaks.com

Not only that but with the eminent release for LT+ 2.0 i highly predict c4eva will release LT for all SLIM models !

Note: all literations of LT were just to fix those 6 games or so (call of duty, Halo and what not) that were being blocked out after every update. This is why we have LT 1.1, 1.9 and 1.91 so on and so forth

LT+ 2.0 is a BIG update - for all XGD3 games, so you can only imagine how long it MAY take and the amount of testing it will need.

Not to mention i believe c4eva is doing so in such a way in order to keep our old burned games - there is a high possibility that games ever since Fifa 10 had dorement AP2.5 checks and with any dashboard update this may lead to us having to patch and reburn all our games since then (again this is what is believed till now)
Still not finished Deus EX and anyway I have Tropico 4 on PC to help me wait till LT 2.0 ;)

C4eva confirmed that XGD3 has been defeated. Burning to normal DVD DL & LT +2.0 have been tested successfully !! (There is still work to be done)

well maybe C4eva is waiting for the new dashboard update....

You need to be on Lt+1.91/1.92 to play fifa . Just wait for Lt+ 2.0 to be released , take to a shop and flash it , and you can play all games , from gears of war 3 to fifa 12 , it will only cost 30 $.

yh it won't be fair if places charge us for 60 $ ! I have 4 games on mind that i want to get , Fifa 12/Dark souls/ Gears 3/Spidey EoT/And maybe Pes 2012. If every game is 5000ll that would cost me 110 000ll or 115 000ll:P well less than the price than an original game but still.

I Just Bought PES 2012 from nino's , inserted it in my friend's xbox 360 slim, the update message popped up and it hung on the ERROR CODE, and he can't run anything now,
so i downloaded the latest update from Microsoft and updated my own xbox 360 Arcade, the update went well but whenever i put a game the "PLAY DVD" pops up , i flashed my LiteOn Drive like 4 months ago @ nino's and it cost me 25$ , I'm not exact what LT+ my xbox is i think it's 1.9 , does this mean we have to reflash our xboxs?

Ok after you updated it , the te3dile :P was removed, it's that simple . Wait a couple of days for the Lt+ 2.0 to be released and take it to nino, he will do it for u, don't worry you were forced to do this new Lt+ anyway . So no prob.
