Does Terranet have DSL prepaid cards, where are they sold at?
Or is automatic payment through Bank or Credit Card my only option?
And for prepaid cards (if available), do I have to wait till after midnight to refill? Or can I refill before going to bed, to ensure downloads won't stop for the night? :)

Terranet Have DSL Prepaid Cards, and they are sold everywhere.
You have the "Tawteen" feature to pay through a bank account or credit card.
You can refill before midnight, but i think the connection will drop for a while and re-connect again.

As amkahal said they have prepaid, you can refill your terra wallet anytime and it used to be smooth transition between the end and beginning of another; However for the last 2 months, Terra is having some issues with their ticketing system, you have to call customer service to be able to refill. Most Liban post carry terra prepaid cards. Goodluck.
