  • something is missing in the website.

i used to see the number of users and guests online,newest user,who is online, in the bottom of the forum page now they have disappeared from few days,is it only me or those features have been removed ?.
am using Google Chrome if it helps.
its not only you, i use to see them but now there gone.
I have the same issue with Chrome. Tried it out on FF 6.0 and the same issue arises.

i realized that Samer removed it when others said that they are missing those features too, but do you know why ?

Most probably a complaint from someone about privacy.
Or he might be preparing something else to add :) Probably a chat system ?
You can still see who is online/offline when you look at peoples' posts... So the privacy thing is solved

reason nb.1 : A developer should always try to minimize the load on the server.

reason nb.2 : A normal developer would try to remove the load instantly without touching the code while a more advanced dev would tweak the code so that less stress would occur...

Anyway if you ask all the members i think most of them dont care about this tiny feature :)

I am stalker and I do care, and in fact i am boycotting lebgeeks if my demands are not met in 24 STU (stalker time unit)
Well it was good to see who's online on the forums, but yeah maybe samer's working on something new, I would like to see a LebGeeks Chat room any time soon to be honest.

Kassem, a chat room is not a place to ask questions and Forum related points, it's good for us to have a place where we can chat with each other, get to know each other more share ideas have some fun like UNO game, Trivia, Scramble...
