m_zeid i thought it was on first june :( [crying] 40 days still to wait but all channels stopped the live broadcast, what Mr. Yousef said in the second part?

NuclearVision Goes here This was briefly written. Anyone heard anything about mobile internet? What about cable clients, no upgrades for us?
Fernand DG wroteIs this the official table/plan that will be implemented starting July 1st 2014 ? Yes. I personally expect a gradual implementation though.
ryeobot As long as all ISPs implement it at the same time. I'd be really pissed if after all this, only Ogero is able to offer the new plans.

That can't happen , all ISP's will go broke if we all switch to ogero Then I assume, AMY will finally release additional E1 lines to all ISPs? There was quite a backlog of E1 requests over the months and years. I just hope that Ogero will now be more cooperative with the current MOT administration.

Fernand Some additional info I got from a friend there: - Unlimited night traffic will still be present. - Private ISPs may slightly modify the proposed plans. - The implementation will be GRADUAL, starting July 1st. - Remote areas where only a part of the allocated bandwidth is being received will benefit from the upgrades too. Just my 2 cents

m_zeid they are the same prices that Al Akhbar news paper published before, that is awesome! the only bad thing is the waiting time, but if E1 will be provided to ISPs smoothly with the new prices in june then we can expect upgrades from ISPs during june. what do you think?
Aly The "actual price" is not wrong in the sheet, but the fact that those are new packages, they don't have actual prices, here is how they made the calculation (which is a bit lame :P): Old package 2 MB / 20GB = 75000LL new package value according to old pricing: 2 MB / 40GB = 75000 + (20 * 6000) = 195000 LL Old HDSL 2 MB / 40 GB = 225000 LL new package value according to old pricing : 2 MB/ 80 GB = 225000 (40 * 6000) = 465000 LL etc ...
