And in any case, given that a 200gig package is $50, I am sure there will be packages maybe at 250 gig for less than $60, which isn't that bad. I am sure that private ISP's will be offering even more packages.

Right now as consumers, we have to figure out whether we want speed or quota, and depending on where you live, the answer may already be there.

I don't see how a 200-250GB account is enough for somebody who streams and downloads games.
On the other hand, it's 2017. Do I really have to pay 50-60USD/mo for internet access? Seriously?
Unlimited accounts @ private ISPs leave a lot to be desired. Sub-par speeds and fast capping.

100 megs with quota is even worse.

100 megs with quota is even worse.

it is bad but it's better than the 2mb unlimited we have now , I can live with 200gb with fast speed(my line can max handle 30mb on vdsl2)

what im gonna do , i have 4mb cable internet unlimited and i will the 200gb package for gaming , my guess it would be enough if there is 250gb it will be even safer and better

I will try one month 200gb from ogero if I wasn't comfortable with downloads and cap I will change isp to one who gives unlimited (or something close to that) at night

In 2017, I see that paying 50+USD stricly for internet access is crazy. Having quotas in the era of 4K streaming, Netflix and game streaming is also ridiculous. I don't really understand how 16 megs with 100GB (what most people can afford) is a superior experience to 4 megs with 50GB and unlimited nights. You will still be barely able to enjoy the perks of high speed internet with quota in the back of your mind. Streaming a full season on Netflix will suck a lot of gigs. Don't forget Youtube and game downloads. Higher speeds, higher usage automatically.
But hey it's Lebanon. Things can/will get better in 2-3 years. #crossyofingers

PS: sorry for the negative note, I'm just speculating.

Dont dream of free at night services with high speeds. If they give it, it will be expensive

they can give capacity for night if they want I will still be happy let's say 200gb peak and 200gb off peak still better than 200gb alone

Yeah, long way to go, but ISP's in the US now have caps, some as low as 150 gig, and their prices aren't exactly reasonable. For a 15/2 connection, expect to pay $50 to $60 and for some of the premium connection, upwards of $100 or more. For example, check out the prices and caps for ATT U Verse

And you know you have to pay an added fees for unlimited night right? Now it's 3.3$
