This is Nabs from the no-longer-existing Tigerhearts.
As a few of you may already know, we were a group, but we are no longer one due to certain issues, that's irrelevant. Anyway, we were opening a store that we mentioned a couple of months ago, and around 2 weeks from now, it will be officially launched.
Alas, I am flying solo now. I sort of got abandoned because the upcoming store will take a lot of work and expenses and will make very little benefit for a long time before bringing in the big buck.
So, here's the update:
The store will be part of Techno Mania, in Dekwaneh, pretty much like there are Radio Shacks in Khoury Home or TSC. It's like an independently-run department.
The money used to bring merchandise is way less for now, so a lot of the merchandise we promised will be postponed in order. However, we're partnering with Techno Mania, and they will be helping a lot with a lot. Kindly note the following:
01- There will be a testing depot, where you can put to test almost every single piece of device found in the showroom.
02- I will try to make it as easy as possible when it comes to warranties. I will take the faulty part and replace it instantly if possible and available, as certain rules apply (by the dealers, not me).
03- I won't be having too much merchandise to begin with, but I will be ordering on demand, and this isn't like how Virgin does it. This will be an official service. You place and order, pay 30% of its price, and we'll get it for you.
04- Special discount cards for students and referral points.
05- Android and OS app to order, pre-order, and track your order, shipment, and repair.
06- Online store to order and have products delivered to you.
07- In addition to computer and gaming parts, there will be board and RPG games, as well as gadgets and other cool stuff, resourced from thinkgeek.com and RPGshop.com.
08- There will be occasional giveaways and competitions.
09- I got Samer's permission for this. Made a page on facebook, it's a work in progress. This isn't one of those big corp scams. I really need your support and interaction. I get funds and backups based on ratings and how good I do. I need more fans on the page, and I need interaction. Soon, there will be geeky products and similar stores all over Lebanon, and I would like to stay ahead in this competition which doesn't happen to be very fair in Lebanon. Please, LIKE the page, and start interacting. Recommend stuff, ask for something, do anything, just get the ball rolling. Have friends to LIKE it too. After the opening, I will be giving a freebie every week for someone who's a fan of the page. Show as much support as you can, because seriously, this is costing me and others our life's work, and we want to make a difference and it's getting harder and harder every single day.
