gaming online and lebanon

hi to all !
long time subscriber but rare poster.
Many questions to this community !

i m an avid online players , here is my situation

         i m using terranet "terrasmart " solution (WISE ,cpe modem thingy) i got the 1mbps account.
now int the past when i 1st got this baby ( 12-7 am was not available) i used to play very nicely.

  today i m forced to take blood pressure meds , its not that the latency is bad ( it got improved in the last few day actually ) , my ping to google is 90ms but soooooooooo irregular , sudden jumps (jumps from 90 ms to 850 ms 0.0)

i play mainly mmorpg : soon to be on gw2 ,currently playing runes of magic , starcraft2, league of legends ( add me if u play i love it )  and ofc i m planning to get next week diablo 3. And i do need the best ping cuz i love pvp (ok not as low as fps , i grant u that )

Q1:
now ogero has changed its policy with free night downloading i d like to know if the ping is still good after this change and whats ur avrg ping to LOL (if u play ) and to other sites of reference ?

Q2:
whats the current best solution for internet gaming in lebanon under 150 $ monthly ?

Q3:
WHY the F does my wise modem reset during certain starcraft2 games (only game where that happens) , its like the lights go off and the piece of trash modem starts blinking again !!!!

Check your adapters voltages and see if they are stable. If not then get a new adapter (You can find it at almost any electronics store)
If your voltages are fine , try doing a factory reset of your modem and re-configuring it.

that blinking light are most probably a code, check the manual for any info, i think its some kind of limit to a some kind of situation set in the router, probably needs configuration, my friend experiences the same thing with his router but to all kinds of games in his case
