Downloading videos from youtube

Hi all
I used to download videos from youtube using orbit grab++ but recently it's downloading a file with 1.7 Mb which does not contain any thing ? what's the problem and should i use other programs ?

Using JDownloader here. Works great.
Since a few months ago, I can only download 360p, otherwise corrupt download. Think the issue is Terranet-related.

add pwn to the beginning of the URL.
for example, you want to download this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpmOTGungnA

add pwn, so the URL becomes

http://pwnyoutube.com/watch?v=VpmOTGungnA

To download video, I use the KeepVid link.
To download mp3, Online-Convert is reliable.

flashgot works if you are using firefox (nothing for chrome unfortunately)

i use IDM (internet download manager) it offers an option to download youtube videos,it works great even with 720p videos.

best add-on for downloading any video in my opinion
